With a population of just over 2,000 and a growing number of older residents, access to reliable care is becoming increasingly important. Our specialist team provides live-in care designed specifically for rural and remote communities. We understand the unique challenges of island living and the importance of dependable, consistent support close to home.

Our carefully selected carers live alongside clients, providing round-the-clock companionship, safety, and personalised care. From everyday help to more complex support needs, we enable people to remain comfortably in the homes they love. We handle the travel logistics, placements, and continuity of care, giving families reassurance and peace of mind. With extensive experience supporting remote communities, we bring trusted, compassionate live-in care to the Isles of Scilly—when and where it’s needed most.

A trustworthy service.
 Our Live-in Carers will provide support for domestic tasks, personal care needs, companionship, and, by living in, an added element of safety. We aim to provide each client with a fortnightly, rotational system of Carers, who they feel happy to have in their own home.

All our Carers have a minimum of one year’s experience in the care field and are interviewed face-to-face or via Zoom.

Mandatory training is updated annually.

They have also undergone enhanced police checks, which are updated every three years.
