Able Community Care has been providing Live-In Care in Cheshire for over 30 years.
Our clients are both older people and people with a disability who want to remain living in their own home rather than moving into a residential care setting.
Hourly care is not appropriate for people who have high dependency care needs, who need support throughout a 24-hour period as hourly support often has to be offered at times which are appropriate for the care provider and their care workers.
Live-in Care Workers will provide support with domestic tasks, personal care needs and provide companionship and by living in, offer the added element of safety.
It is our objective to provide each of our clients with a fortnightly, rotational system of Live-in Carers whom they have chosen to care for them.
All our Care Workers have a minimum of one year’s experience in the care field, are interviewed and referenced by us, DBS checked and continually refresh their training skills.
One such client in Cheshire who has been in receipt of our Live-in Care service is Quentin, a gentleman who has a progressive illness. His first Live-in Carer was introduced to Quentin in 2009 and is still a regular, returner on Quentin’s rotational system.
Quentin has his own Care Manager and he or his Carers can contact us 24 hours a day if there is a problem.
Cheshire is a rural County with both local shops and outlet shopping. It has towns to visit such as the lovely County town of Chester or the market town of Macclesfield. Railway enthusiasts might like a trip to Crewe, all of which become possible with a Live-in Carer who has time to help you plan and enjoy times out of your home.
In addition to providing our Live-in Care services around the County, we are also able to provide Home from Hospital Care,
